Her passion is helping clients ease the financial and administrative challenges that are present when planning and maintaining their employee benefits program. Rylie grew up in a small town outside of Weatherford, Texas. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Texas, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University Commerce. Rylie resides in Artesia, NM where she collaborates with her husband, Nathan, in both work and community endeavors. Actively engaged with their local church, Rylie and Nathan find joy in lending their voices to the church band.
Outside of their professional commitments, the Sebesta’s are avid travelers who cherish moments spent with their beloved family, including their two young daughters, Ava and Nora.

With over a decade of dedicated experience in the insurance and investment industry, Nathan stands as a seasoned professional revered for his expertise and commitment to client success. In December 2021, Nathan solidified his position as a leader by acquiring Access Benefit Services, a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and vision for growth in the financial sector.
Nathan holds a Master of Science in Financial Planning (MSFP) in addition to his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC®), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designations. These qualifications underscore his comprehensive understanding of financial strategies and his dedication to providing top-tier service to his clients.
Raised on a family farm outside of College Station, Texas, Nathan embodies the values of hard work and community, forged through his upbringing in a small-town rural environment. Beyond his professional pursuits, Nathan finds solace and joy in music, often spending his leisure time playing guitar or indulging in water sports like wakeboarding at the lake. He shares these passions with his cherished family: his wife, Rylie, their daughters Ava and Nora, and their beloved dog, Memphis.

Summer Briscoe is an invaluable asset to Access Benefits, embodying a unique blend of expertise as a Licensed Insurance Broker and Executive Assistant. Her multifaceted role encompasses the meticulous management of information flow within our office while overseeing the individual health insurance market, both on-exchange and off-exchange. Specializing in individual business needs, she also serves as a licensed service assistant for Rylie and Nathan.
With a seamless blend of professionalism and warmth, Summer is often the friendly voice on the phone or the swift reply to your emails, ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. Her adept calendar management and impeccable organization keep our office functioning seamlessly.
Prior to joining Access Benefit Services, Summer thrived as a business owner and a skilled hairstylist, cultivating a loyal clientele with her genuine warmth and unwavering professionalism.
Beyond her professional commitments, Summer is a devoted mother and proud Artesia native, treasuring precious moments with her three children, Audrey, Liam and Coy.
